For the butcher’s shop and the goods-receiving area, the company recommends Metron tunnel detectors and the compatible Transtron conveyor systems for protecting production equipment from damage, starting at the receiving area. Pieces of broken knives, chain rings and even entire meat hooks can be reliably detected, ensuring problem-free production. The machines are highly robust, have a hygienic design and are resistant to all types of cleaning systems.
The Meatline series of metal separators guarantees safety for the area between the filler and the casing. Contaminants from upstream processing equipment, such as grinders and cutters, can show up in the further processing of meat and sausage products.
