Since 2018 the table top vacuum sealers Evolution 300 Pro and Plus from Komet (Plochingen, Germany) have been on the market. Both units are characterised, according to the manufacturer, by an exceptionally rapid vacuum cycle.
The Evolution Pro has a double sealer and is fitted with the Comfort control while the Evolution Plus has a Perfect sensor controller with boiling point detection – an important feature when packing liquids. Protruding bag ends are also automatically cut with the Evolution Plus.
Both machines require minimal floor space and have a sealing length of 305 mm. This means that they can handle the most commonly used bag sizes and are suitable for a diverse range of applications. They are manufactured entirely from stainless steel, are easy to clean and have a screen with large, easy to read characters and status displays, which further simplifies their use.
