The CLT crate washer made by Nieros (Grafling, Germany) is a compact industrial washing system that thoroughly cleans Euro boxes or similar objects such as stainless-steel molds or pallets. Special adaptation of the washing tunnel makes it capable of handling nearly all washing needs, and it cleans – depending on the model – from 100 to 3,000 pieces per hour. The machine’s outstanding results are achieved, according to the manufacturer, in several stages: Pre-wash, label-removal, main wash, rinsing (chemical disinfection and disinfection with hot water at 85 °C), blow-drying.
Further advantages are offered by the object detection sensor in the washing zone and the stainless transport chain. Spray nozzles and water tanks are easily accessible and the adjustable side guides and clamps as well as adjustable nozzles can also be adapted. Smaller mobile models are available with wheels or for practical one-person operation.
Nieros also offers the SWK apron and boot-washing chamber for cleaning aprons, shoes and other small objects such as buckets. The disperse system allows simultaneous spraying of brushes with detergent and water. The dosage of the cleaning agent is adjustable. The standard model is mounted on the wall and offers two manual brushes. For convenient cleaning, aprons can be hung up on the hooks in between. The integrated soil containment tray also includes a shoe holder and coarse dirt sieve. The number of washing spaces can be increased and the option with feet provides more stability. In addition, the apron washing area is available with an automatic sole cleaner with an integrated metering device for cleaning agents.
