From Wabern, Germany-based equipment company Edertal Elektromotoren comes a wide range of equipment units for the manufacture of deli products as well as meat, fish and sausage salads.

A selection among different roller sets not only enables users to press and steak-cut meat, but to strip-cut and cube it as well.

The company’s model range comprises the following basic equipment units: Type GM 35 for the meat store and the kitchen; type FM 35 for production plant use; type FM 35 K, with motor cooling, also for production plant use; and type HST 35, a hand unit for sales counters and the kitchen. When creating these models’ design concept, cleaning friendliness and operator-friendly handling were key points in focus, as the manufacturer states, adding that all construction materials are corrosion-proof and in full compliance with all relevant hygiene and sanitation requirements as well as all pertinent EC rules and regulations currently in place.
