Products can only be perfectly preserved if they have been optimally cooked. In the past, the know-how of the user was vital. Today, the completely revised control system of autoclaves made by Korimat (Mittenaar- Ballersbach, Germany) can take over.
Manual adjustments to the temperature and pressure during the cooking process, depending on its duration, are no longer necessary. Korimat autoclaves can now control all cooking phases. After loading the unit, the user selects the program, which then runs automatically. The user must only unload the unit.
In addition to conventional cans and jars, the regulated pressure control can also process soft packs, convenience products, hard trays and tubes. Many pre-installed cooking programs are available, which can also be customized.
A protocol is generated for each cooking process, which can be read out contactlessly onto a memory card and evaluated in a Korimat software program and stored for internal quality control and product development. In addition to its function as an autoclave, Korimat autoclaves are also fully functional kettles that can cook other products.
