Webomatic (Bochum, Germany) offers robust vacuum, MAP and shrink applications for butcher shops. By specializing on small- to mid-sized batches, the semiautomatic TL 250 tray sealer enables professional tray packaging for packages with maximum dimensions of 400 × 300 mm. Practical for the hot meal counter and various tray formats, the TL 250’s sealing tool can be easily exchanged at any time.

High-quality shrink-packaged products can be made with the entry model of the SuperMax I chamber machine in combination with the manual ST 40 shrink tank. For enterprises with greater needs, the automated CL-C 950 chamber belt machine with the respective system components is available. The IGT standard controller integrated in the SuperMax I has various features – including ten possible packaging programs and separately controlled sealing and separating times. This ensures optimal vacuum packaging and easy manual removal of protruding bag edges. The sealing strips can be removed without tools. The manual ST 40 shrink tank requires no compressed air. Its heating and temperature controls are operated completely electrically; the tipping mechanism (400 × 600 mm) is raised and lowered electromotively. With a maximum product weight of 25 kg, shrink-wrapped packages can be manually produced at up to 6 cycles/min.

For automatic packaging of medium-to-large capacities of shrink bags, the company offers its CL-C 950 chamber belt machine with a sealing strip length of 950 mm and a maximum product length of 600 mm. The roll-back lid allows thorough cleaning, including inside the lid, without any cleaning water flowing onto the conveyor belt. For a basic shrink line, the STCW 60 shrink tunnel is connected to the CL-C 950. The STCW 60 functions completely automatically and handles products with maximum dimensions of up to (W × H) 550 × 300 mm and a maximum product weight of 70 kg.
