High cutting speed

With a cutting speed of up to 162 m/s, the CFS’s (Bakel, The Netherlands) CutMaster is probably the fastest cutter in the world. CutMaster, CutMaster V and CutMaster Duo feature modern control technology and the TopCut knife head system. In addition to the CutControl and CutControl Pro control system, CutView is also available. This system records additional process and management information, thus contributing to product safety as well as the traceability of the production process. The software, which uses the MS Windows user interface, contains visualization and reporting, production planning and recipe editing modules.

The TopCut knife system that is integrated into the CutMaster reduces knife assembly time by circa 80 percent, according to the manufacturer, because knives can be mounted in any position without previous marking. In addition, the cutting system is constructed so that no meat residue can stick during production, ensuring high hygiene standards and shortening cleaning times.

With these cutters, the loading, cutting, mixing and emulsifying processes as well as meat ejection through the stepwise ejector are precisely tuned to each other, according to the manufacturer. Batch volumes of up to 95 percent of the entire bowl volume, shorter process times and safe handling without overload guarantee more productivity.

The operating panel is ergonomically placed directly in the user’s working area. In addition, the upper edge of the bowl is so low that it presents no obstacle for the operator. The bowl height of the CutMaster V 500 l, for example, is only 970 mm.

The CutMaster is available in 200, 325, 500 and 750-l sizes, making it usable by any size of business. It is available either with or without vacuum functionality as well as many cooking, cooling and dosing systems, for fluids as well as dry ingredients.
