Extensive machine portfolio
Rudolf Schad (Hosenfeld, Germany) supplies high-quality production machinery of German-made rust-free stainless steel for the meat industry as well as smaller butcher shops. Above all, the E85-1 loop-tying machine for hanging up pieces of meat, according to the company, should belong to the basic equipment of any cutting operation. A selection of four needle strengths and the suitable string, either of synthetic or natural fiber, as well as other special equipment, makes the E85-1 loop-tying machine able to flexibly handle any of the customer’s products. The “Stockfix” and “Ergonomic” smoking stick equipment with rollers are a new addition to the company’s product assortment and are optionally available for the E85-1.
The electropneumatic RSM 600/900 and the new RSM 1200 net loaders, with various chamber lengths, feature easy operation as well as careful and fast processing of meat pieces in elastic nets or casings, according to product specifications. Filling form diameters from 80 mm to 200 mm are available. If desired, a film roller that processes edible films together with elastic nets is available. A loop machine program includes dry, wet and combination grinding systems. Pure wet grinding systems can be used directly at the workplace. Wet grinding protects knives against annealing; polishing with paste after wet grinding has proven itself well. Rudolf Schad’s product assortment also includes synthetic and natural-fiber twine as well as sausage, clipping and binding cording, either in rolls, cut-to-size and in various strengths and colors. Sausage loops in various lengths, colors and strengths are also available, as are elastic nets, shrink bags and machine knives.
New additions to the company’s program are the Synthesy derinding and skinning systems. The “Rudolf” skinner and the manual derinder “Willi” for open derinding and fat removal as well as the automatic derinder “Benny” round out the company’s assortment of machines.
Meat tying systems are available as table, semi- and completely automatic models.
