The Divider startup is Treif’s entry-level slicer. As a mobile stand-alone solution, it complements the company’s established Slicer portfolio, which will continue to be offered as a highly automated line component. Optimum handling, proven Treif cutting technology and hygienic design are cleverly combined in the Divider startup.

The compact Felix cube and strip cutter provides a wide range of cutting and grating possibilities. The spacious cutting chamber allows convenient loading without annoying pre-cutting processes. Meat, sausage, bacon, and ham can be cut just as easily as vegetables, cheese, fruit, or fish. The shredding disc can be used for many products, including carrots, cheese, or cabbage for coleslaw.

The Puma portioning cutter precisely cuts up to 400 pieces per minute. It can be used for cutlets, steaks, schnitzel, pork belly, bacon, or meat loaf – either fresh, chilled or frozen down to –4 °C. According to the manufacturer, the portioning cutter’s hallmarks are performance and precision. The flexible Puma can handle a variety of products with very short set-up times. As with numerous machine components, the discharge conveyor can be effortlessly moved into the optimum cleaning position. This is only one example of the machine’s ergonomic design. The new touch screen makes its operation even more convenient and fast. A USB stick can be used to back up data and software updates.Parallel slices and maximum yield are made possible by a perfect grip of the product, even with bone-in meats.

Depending on the model, products with a length of up to 700 mm or 1,100 mm can be inserted. The option of dividing the product into several sections means that minute steaks as well as roast cuts can be cut from one product.
