At Foodlogistik (Neubrandenburg, Germany), the company’s product range includes the DicR and CrozzdicR semi- and fully automatic multi-purpose cutters for cubes, strips, slices and rasped meat, the SlicR portioners for boneless and bone-in products, the DerindR conveyor belt derinders for simultaneous manual and automatic derinding, and the ShreddR, which continuously cubes, slices and makes strips of vegetables and fruit.
All DicR models are offered with four-sided pre-compression for high-quality cuts. Powerful hydraulic drives and large amounts of oil guarantee trouble-free, long-lasting use, according to the manufacturer. Chamber cross-sections of 90 to 140 mm and chamber lengths of 310 to 550 mm enable a wide variety of applications. Additional equipment such as the special hygienic door, one-handed operation, a longitudinal slide system as well as an indicator for loading readiness ensure good operability, safety and hygiene.
Even more equipment options for the current DicR comfort and DicR capacity models are now available. Customers can choose between a discharge conveyor, direct discharge into 200-liter trolleys or into Euro crates on trolleys via a hygiene door. The discharge conveyor can be installed to discharge products on either side. The machines can be furnished with or without lifts for Euro crates, or with lift- and-tilt device for 200-liter trolleys. In addition to analog controls with manual operating elements, Siemens controls with color touch displays are also available.
