Frozen products specialist
For more than 60 years, holac (Nattheim, Germany) has worked on perfecting the mechanical processing of meat and meat products. The company develops and produces exclusively at its Nattheim site in Baden-Württemberg, where visitors to the customer center can test products and develop individual solutions.
The multipurpose cutters of the Maxx product group are especially designed to meet high industrial requirements. The performance of this series is guaranteed by precise, continual feeding of the large pre-filling chamber as well as by the automatic begin of the cutting cycle. A further quality feature is the high level of built-in hygiene. The additional automatically controlled cleaning position facilitates the cleaning process.
The Maxx 150 LP has been developed to process tempered products in bulk or in block form. According to the manufacturer, its reliability at low product temperatures is impressive; it also processes fresh goods without any loss of quality. Loading is carried out either via a lift-and-tilt device or a conveyor belt. The cutting capacity is up to 3,200 kilos per hour, depending on the material to be cut.
holac also offers a new security innovation: Many machines can now be equipped with RFID technology. This allows flexible management of authorized users and reduces the risk of operating errors. Automatic detection of cutting tools eliminates another typical source of error.
