Flexible equipment options

The product range at Foodlogistik (Neubrandenburg, Germany) extends from semi- and fully automatic multi-purpose cutters for dicing, strips, slices and ground meat (DicR and CrozzdicR models), to portion cutters for boneless and bone-in products ­(SlicR models, DerindR models), to manual and automatic derinding, and the ShreddR, which continuously cuts vegetables and fruit into dices, strips and slices.

All DicR models come with a four-sided pre-compression feature that compresses the product for a high cut quality. Powerful hydraulic drives and large amounts of oil guarantee trouble-free, long-lasting use, according to the manufacturer. Chamber cross-sections of 90 to 140 millimeters and chamber lengths of 310 to 550 millimeters enable a wide variety of applications. Additional equipment such as the special hygienic door, one-handed operation, the longitudinal slide system as well as a loading readiness indicator ensure good operability, safety and hygiene.

The equipment options for the current DicR comfort and DicR capacity models have been extended. The customer can choose between a discharge conveyor or direct discharge via a hygiene door into 200-liter trolleys or Euro crates on trolleys. Customers who purchase the discharge conveyor can also select the side on which products should be discharged. Machines can also be equipped with or without a lift for Euro crates or likewise with or without a lift-and-tilt device for 200-liter trolleys. In addition to analog controls with manual operating elements, Foodlogistik offers the Dicetronic option for cutting and repeat accuracy, which features a Siemens controller and large color touch display.
