Quality for best products
A glint of pride still shines in Christoph Alterauge’s eyes when he thinks back to the day he and his crew made
their way to Eindhoven in Holland – to return as the 2017 European Champion.

The Alterauge shop brought 22 of

number of points. “Not a single

says Christoph Alterauge. The

It sold only traditional, hand-made

the family’s reputation in
the region and beyond.
Especially popular is the shop’s
meaty sausage with an unmistakable
taste. The contest judges also could
not resist this delightful culinary
treat. Christoph Alterauge laughs:
“After its success with the judges, the
sausage rapidly disappeared. The
chairman of the judges’ panel confessed
this to us after the awards ceremony!”
